A: Yes, we are a Certified Woman Business Enterprise (WBE).
Founded and owned by Ms. Rose Marie Kiley, EBM is certified with the Small Business Administration as a Women Owned Enterprise (WBE). Ms. Kiley is still active with the company as EBM’s CEO.

Q: What is the status of EBM’s financial health?

A: We have been carefully managing our financial resources since 1965 in order to maintain solid, conservative financial health. We have no long term debt and strong relations with our many trade vendors and creditors. Bank and trade references are available upon request.

Q: How does EBM invoice for its services?

A: Our standard invoicing process for nightly janitorial service is once per month via US mail.
For clients that require electronic invoicing, we offer electronic data transfer to in-house or outsourced payables departments. Our Accounting Department can also provide custom formats for invoices, making cost allocation easier for our clients.

A: Our company-wide ratio of managers/supervisors to hourly janitors is 1 manager/supervisor to every 9 hourly janitors.

Q: How does EBM utilize technology to improve the productivity and effectiveness of its cleaning services?

A: As active members of the Building Service Contractors Association International (BSCAI), we stay abreast of developments in equipment, chemicals and cleaning processes within the industry.
Additionally, we require all managers and supervisors are computer literate in order to use technology to facilitate communication with our customers.
